Random Thoughts
1. This week has been most chill, so I have had some time to reflect:) That's nice.
2. My children are growing up way too fast...really seems like last week when Thatcher was toddling around, Brody had spikey hair, Ella was wearing lil clothes and Bear didn't weigh so much. Seriously.
3. Teaching my kids new things is my new endeavor. I sure show them a TON of things, but teaching them new things gets put on the back burner...not good.
4. I have the most amazing husband, he helps me and loves me. I am thankful:)
5. I have no idea how people live without a belief in God. He gives me wisdom and grace and I need both equally in these days of insanity. The world needs Truth and I love how he uses us to show others to him. What a high honor:)
6. I love talking with people that actually want to have a conversation. I guess I'm growing up, but I love when people teach me something new-have a lot to learn or even challenge what I said.
7. Good friends are hard to find and I'm get a lil giddy when I remember how faithful God has been to provide me with some. They are treasures and I nurture them and handle them with the greatest of care...as it should be.
8. Food....I want to cook better, plan better, eat better....alot of bettering going on:)
9. I miss my parents...wish they lived closer. My sister, next door would be stellar...my folks, maybe down the street....awesome.
10. Being at my stage of life is most interesting, 35, as I look back at the amazing opportunities God has allowed for me to have and the tough stuff that He too has allowed...to show me joy and to choose Him again. Faith is initially one of the hardest things to understand and although I don't have all the answers by any stretch...I know without a doubt that He is the reason I live/love/give/share/smile. G'night:)

Slowing Down
Kevin is off this week starting today. It's so great getting to have conversations with him about things that matter already:) It seems we are interrupted by these super cute lil people alot. He is such a fabulous man who works so very hard and I'm thankful. Time and time again, he shows his love to me and our family. He cleaned my bathroom today, yes, he did. I use to get my feelings hurt when he cleaned, but now I simply say thank you:)
Anyways, hoping to get some great family time in this weekend with amazing weather and a slow schedule. T and B's first flag game is Saturday, so that'll be so fun!!
